Shipping policy

Shipping is available in North America from Wisconsin, USA. We ship via USPS. Please be advised that we have no control over that movement of your package once it leaves our hands.

 

Shipping to Serendipity by Sami:

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your inclusion to Serendipity by Sami.

Hair inclusion, best practice is to rubber band the hair pieces together and place in a ziploc bag and label with your name and place in a bubble mailer to protect it.

Cremation inclusion, best practice is to send 1-2 teaspoons of cremations in a ziploc bag labeled with your name and place in a bubble mailer to protect it.

Floral inclusions, if sending fresh flowers for a large memorial preservation, please overnight the package so the flowers do not begin to mold before arriving. If sending florals for a piece of jewelry, please send 2-5 dried petals in a ziploc bag and label with your name, then place in a bubble mailer to protect it. 

Breastmilk inclusions, I need 5ml or about 1/6th of an ounce of milk. Best practice is to send in a syringe or a breastmilk storage bag, double bagged in another storage bag labeled with your name and placed in a bubble mailer to protect it.

More detailed instructions will be given upon ordering. When shipping inclusions to Serendipity by Sami, please ensure you ship with USPS, they will be able to walk you through properly shipping your inclusion. Shipping responsibility is on the customer.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Please double check everything is correct before placing an order.
